Star has been in software for 25 years, first in coding, then enterprise architecture and writing specifications. Her uncommon specialty is listening to people and re-stating business requirements unambiguously and elegantly, so that a system fully meets its requirements on time without backtracking. She acts as a partner to clients and gets to understand each business in depth, in order to cut through complexity and produce integrated coherent results with detailed documentation. She recently expanded her role to work in a non-profit, delivering the same quality using the remarkable skills of neurodivergent (brilliant yet disabled) programmers.
